This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, why I collect it, and what rights you have over it. Plain English, no surprises.
Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by Ayuda Agency Ltd, which trades as Kris Wood for its strategy work. Ayuda Agency Ltd is the data controller, which means I decide how and why your information is used.

What information I collect
Information you give me. When you fill in the contact form I collect your first name, last name, work email, company name (if you provide it) and the message you write. I use this to respond to you.
Workbook and scorecard details. When you request the Brand Foundation Workbook, I collect your first name and email address. When you complete the Brand Clarity Scorecard, I collect your first name, email address, score and dimension results. I use these details to send the resource or results you asked for and to keep an accurate record in my customer systems.
Optional marketing choice. The workbook and scorecard forms include a separate, optional choice to receive occasional brand strategy emails. I record whether you opted in. You can request the workbook or receive your score without opting in.
Information collected automatically. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser, device and network when you use a protected form so it can distinguish people from automated abuse. Separately, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and the type of device and browser you use. Analytics only runs after you accept.
Why I use it and my legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me, and taking steps at your request before any agreement.
- To send a requested workbook or scorecard result. Legal basis: taking the action you requested when you submitted the relevant form.
- To send occasional brand strategy emails. Legal basis: your consent through the optional form checkbox. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
- To protect the site and forms from spam and abuse. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in keeping the website, provider accounts and customer records secure.
- To understand and improve the site. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it any time.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your information. I share it only with the service providers I rely on to run the business, and only so they can perform that service on my instructions:
- Email delivery and contact management: Brevo, which sends contact confirmations, requested resources and scorecard results, and manages optional email subscriptions.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Customer records: HubSpot, where I keep a record of enquiries, resource requests, scorecard results and conversations.
- Form security: Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks protected form requests for automated abuse before they are processed. Cloudflare explains the signals it processes in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Website hosting: my hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
Sending information outside the UK
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK extension to the EU to US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry, workbook and scorecard details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any relationship that follows, and for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless an ongoing relationship or a legal obligation means I need to keep them longer. If you opt in to occasional emails, I keep the subscription record until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information I hold about you
- ask me to correct anything that is wrong
- ask me to delete your information
- ask me to restrict or stop using it
- object to me using it
- ask for it in a portable format
- withdraw your consent to marketing emails or analytics at any time

Cookies
Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. Essential storage and security checks may operate where necessary to remember your choice and protect public forms. The Cookie Policy explains what is used and how to manage it.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

If I change this policy I will update the date at the top of the page. Please check back from time to time.
